The wife and I took some time over the weekend to go out to the Hale Center Theatre to see a musical comedy entitled, "Curtains". I'd never heard of the show before; nor had I been to any of Hale's productions in years. Needless to say, I had no preconceived notion of what to expect. It probably wouldn't have been hard to exceed my expectations that evening, but this crew of performers really knocked my socks off. I'd give the material and the way they executed it a 10. The story was clever, the characters outstanding, the music enjoyable, and the staging exciting. Two thumbs up. You know the show is good when it makes you want to get out on the stage again.

I've always loved every performance I've seen at Hale.
