A few weeks before our baby was born, we had selected the name Joshua and we really liked it, but I couldn't tell you I was truly attached to it even when the baby was born. This isn't uncommon, names take a while to grow on you sometimes. I remember driving back to my house the day after the baby was born; I was saying the name out loud over and over in its Italian form as heard in the film "Life is Beautiful"--Giosuè. 'Just Wait' is basically what it began to sound like, without an audible 'T'. A realization came to me at that point; 'Just wait' had been echoing in my mind with respect to many of the questions I'd been asking myself for the last 6 months or so with regards to family, goals, interests, career, etc... It was a cool little reminder of the virtue of patience and how true inspiration isn't rushed and isn't always on my timetable. I've been sold on the name ever since.
