Halloween and school field trips have made some memorable events with the kids this fall. It was so fun to see the kids approaching doors, saying 'trick-or-treat' and 'thank you' on their own this year. It was my pleasure to accompany them in my Ghostbuster costume. I don't know why it took me so long to put this costume together. It is my favorite Halloween costume I've ever had.
Anna and I took a trip to the Hogle Zoo with her kindergarten class. We spent a few hours identifying paws, tails, ears, and faces of all the animals. Later that evening we got our pumpkin carving on. We made quite the mess with pumpkin parts and paint all over the kitchen.
