Mac or PC? I use both everyday. I'm on a MacBook Pro all day and I go home to an HP Pavilion notebook. Unpardonable sin in the eyes of some, but to my own defense, I received the HP prior to entering the Mac world at work and seeing greener things on the other side of the fence. I do have to give credit to HP though, they've taken pretty good care of me when I've had issues outside of my warranty period. My last little experience with HP customer support ended with a little surprise coming in the form of a remote control. Big deal right? This probably cost them pennies. I've got to admit though, it was a pretty nice surprise to have the new little addition to my computer tucked away in its all-but-secret compartment. I'm sure it'll get plenty of use. Thanks Raj, Sanjay, and Dharitri for the customer support. And thanks to the service tech somewhere in California for hooking me up with a new remote control, and especially for not reformatting my entire machine. You saved me a week of reloading applications onto my machine.
